I was doing so good, so good, so good. Only had like 310 calories today and a couple tootsie rolls. What the FUCK do I do? Eat some goddamn pie that I made. Now I feel like shoving my hand down my throat and throwing up. I'm a weak minded failure, god DAMMIT.

310 calories a day is starving yourself. Why are you starving yourself to lose weight (which is actually just water and lean muscle weight, not fat weight) instead of eating RIGHT and exercising?

310 calories + 200 calorie pie slice = 510 calories. Still below recommended 2,000....I;d say eat some more because that's not healthy...

well why starve yourself in the first place? If you want to lose weight, eat normally and excercise more , then u wont have these dumb binges.

Only having that many calories for a day is a bit on the dangerous side. If you only eat a small amount you will end up gaining mroe weight. Eat healthy balanced meals and its ok to have junk food as long as its in moderation. If you dont have any when you do have some your not going to be able to stop or you will jsut go way over board and ruin the whole thing. Dont freak out because you had some pie. Obviously you were hungry so eat and you would be able to resist better.

DO NOT THROW UP!!!! it's a viscious addictive cycle, DO NOT THROW UP!!! The pie could not have been more than 3500 cals, and even if it was, it would only be one pound gain, BUT you worked off about 2000 something during the day, SOOO YOU WON"T GAIN WEIGHT!!!! DO NOT THROW UP!!!! It will be ok, you'll do better tommorow

Don't do that to yourself. You may think you're benefiting(losing weight) from it now but its not. When you're starving yourself, you're losing a lot more than you think you are. You're losing everything that basically helps your body. Things like nutrition, muscle, and a lot of other things. When you throw your stuff up, you're doing all of that plus ruining you're teeth and all of that. You may know all of this stuff already but think twice before you do this to yourself.

Aren't you someone trying to recover? Why would you aspire for less than 400 calories when you are attempting to do so? But I know what you mean. I haven't started my "recovery" plan yet because I'm wating for these last 5 pounds to go. ButI really bashed myself in my journal for something very similar a couple days ago. But you are supposed to be trying to get better, so try not to restrict so much anymore.
