I think that there should be a feature that will allow the author to edit his post on an e-help when he\she finds something to add to the reply, like a useful link or more information. What do you think?

You can't change it. Once it is sent it is sent. The reply you see in the eHelp Center is merely a record of what you emailed/private messaged to the recipient.

Well at least a post preview would be a good idea there. I have only made a few mistakes, but the worst of them all was a livetag that didn't work as I had planned.

Anyway there should be a feature that will change the reply in the library and send another e-mail\PM to the recipient with a title "improved" or "edited". It would be easier to work for others who look at the library for similar situations as theirs or for the supporters that want to help better.

Wait, if what David said was true, than in order to rate our responses, wouldn't they have to come back to the request to do it or something like that?

good point, but only members can rate a request, so the guests only get an e-mail and don't have a feature to rate... I'm new here and I don't know how it works so sorry for the ignorance.

Once you send it, they receive your reply in a PM or e-mail. The bottom of that PM or e-mail has the rating options and they click what's appropriate and that's recorded. What you see when you view an ehelp is a copy of the response. But the person asking for help has already received your reply via PM or e-mail, so you can't edit it as it is sent automatically so the people get the help the need as quickly as possible. Guests and members who send a request can rate their ehelp replies. Understand?
