David should develop a special page apart from fresh topics where mods can access topic updates and X off trend spam out of fresh topics. This would be a better system to just deleting them because all these members are trying to do is get a reaction: both from members and moderators. And they end up succeeding anyway because it's finally the mods that have to deal with it. If you're able to get these out of fresh topics easily without deleting them, these topics won't really matter, they'll all be contained on DTRM and now members won't even care to make trend spam anymore.
