ok i am very depressed about alot of thing my life is very hard. when i was a baby the doctor said i wasnt going to live i had heart problems. and still do. why is it that everyday i sit on my bed and cry about things that happenend n my past and then say i dont care about it is it normal to cry or should i just stay quiet?

It's normal to cry. We all cry at some point and sometime it can be useful because it helps you take out emotions you can't really explain with words. Sometimes you just need to cry, but you should also try to do other things. We all have our moments where we break down, but it shouldn't be happening constantly.

Have you ever tried to talk to anyone about what is happening? About what has happened in your past that is bothering you? Sometimes it does good to just talk about it to someone. They might be able to help you or give you a bit of advice. Or just talk to someone to vent a bit. It's not good to just keep your emotions inside you and not say anything. If you don't want to tell anyone, try writing them out or something. It will help you understand your self a lot better.
