You're a useless troll. -- Posted by newmie66 at 11:36 am on July 10, 2009 Does it feel like a muscle knot? If so, take something like Motrin or Aleve to relieve the pain. Then take a hot water bottle or heating pad and put it on the affected area for about 15 minutes. That should help it relax a bit. Then try and massage the area for a bit after heating.
