It either has to do with the formatting of your image or it's not ready to be used on livewire yet

It has to end as an image format, such as .jpg or .gif If it doesn't end like that, then it won't work.

Go back to your image and see what type of file extension it had. Chances are it wasn't in LW's two support types: .gif and .jpg. I wish more were supported, but meh.
