This is the only real solution to this situation. You can't solve the problem on your own, or take matter into your own hands. This is something that has to be dealt with by the law. If you give them a lead or sure evidence, they have to act out on it. Especially if they see a issue being involved with minors. It's sickening people these days, the things they do to children. You need to tell someone before it gets out of control. If anyone else notices, perhaps you can talk to them and find a good way to approach the cops with reasonable evidence. I hope you find a way to stop this soon, before he seriously hurts them.
