I was bored last night and was on this site, one of the topics was "How to measure the size of your penis" So I did it. But I realized something. I stopped exercising and lifting at the end of the school year, and I have put on 20-30 since. And according to the measument instructions, if you are "larger" your penis will actually appear smaller due to the fat being stored at the base of the penis and also the fat causes damage to the veins that go to the scrotum. Now I have already had scrotum problems, it was two years ago I passed out, the cords that go to the balls tangled into a not and tugged on each other, it was hell going to the emergency room. I don't want that to happen again, so what can I do to loose a little weight. Honestly I wouldn't look half bad if I were to loose 50 pounds but I like my gut(screw girls who don't like big guys) so what can I do to loose a little weight?

Yeah i've heard that every 10-20 pounds a man loses, he gains an inch to his penis. Oprah said it :D Just gain some muscle. You know, weight training. Or go running or walking.

My question was more specific. What can I do to excercise? I don't have access to a weight room anymore, and I don't life enough heavy things at my jobs for example...

oh. well, you could start running. some work out videos are good. i'd say cardio is more important than weights if you want to lose 20+ lbs. you could just buy some dumbbells.

I went to my local wall mart and they did not have a high enough wieght.

lifting weights increases your basal metabolic rate, so you burn more fat when not exercising. cardio burns fat and muscle. you may notice you lose a lot of weight but perhaps not as much of that being fat than if you do weight lifting. get dumbbells.

more reps with lower weight offsets themnot having a higher weight

what weight did they have? you could just do more of them. that's better than nothing. or start out with cardio first and order weights online?

I was benching about 200 and with dumbells I was 45-60. Walmart only had up to 30. Doing an easy wieght alot of times doesn't do anything.

if you've got fat there it will look like it's doing nothing. but it is.

do aerobic exercise (running, biking, swimming- if you're slightly overweight, work your way up by doing intervals of moderately fast walking and then jogging, jump-roping, etc.) and try some basic toning moves that you don't need weight for. or get one of those stretchy bands that acts like dumbbells but uses your body weight.
