I'm sixteen. my mommy told me i can get another tattoo for my sixteenth birthday, and i wanted to get like a flowery thing going up my right side, with colorful flowers on the end.. but i'm not sure if this, in your opinion is stupid because of my agee.... the five buds were gonna represent my family as a whole. my family has been through a lot., do you think i should wait till i'm a bit older like 17?

too young. i'm 18..i like a lot of different things now than i did at 16. i'd wait another couple of years and see if you still want it.

if your mom says it's ok then apparantly you're not too young

Stick with smaller ones at your age. Bigger ones are for when you're older. Also, if you get it anywhere near your belly it could stretch when/if you get pregnant.

If you're sure, go for it. If not, think about it. You'll have that tattoo for the rest of your life and you don't want to end up regretting it....

i think it sounds pretty, but its quite early on in life to do something so permanent.

I'm glad your head's in the right place, being as your tattoo actually has meaning behind it. I would still wait a little bit though, you have lots of years ahead of you to decide on something meaningful.

If you're sure about it, go for it. Age doesn't really matter.
