There are two scenarios here: 1) The legal age to leave home in your state is 16, in which case it's just called "leaving home" and you're using the wrong word. 2) Your state requires formal emaciation proceedings which are presided over by a judge and 'she is a cunt' is not a valid argument. I Have An Adult That Wants To File For GuardianShip. So, I Can Stay With Them. You Don't Need To Have A Reason. Which is not true if you need welfare.
