I'm trying to slim up before school starts... Any suggestions or exercises on how to lose weight (really fast)? I have a month...

Run, a lot.

Run. Swim laps for 20 minutes nonstop everyday. It helps.

run,sit ups, walk more, eat healthy and less,drink lots of water

do what I did, walk/jog 5 miles a day eat around 1200 calories

start doing spinning classes.

Eat around 1500 calories and do at least 30 minutes of cardio on a daily basis. Make sure that you are getting nourishing foods...not junk food.

Swimming is the best excercise for loosing weight... apparently... : )
