why do earthquakes happen.. a lot of good.. religious people die on earthquakes too... also traffic accidents.?.. what does bible say anything about this

This is why I believe in SCIENCE.

Where the hell did you come from? Stop spamming the board with shitty topics.

Christians can't satisfactorily answer this, so they'll probably just dismiss your question.  Traffic accidents can be reasonably attributed to free will, but not earthquakes.

God's a sociopath

^ Science has answers that are good, Christianity has answers that sound like this "Only god knows!"

1. No part of Christianity ever claims that God is with "good people."

2. Even if it did, having God with you is no guarantee of physical safety, only of spiritual safety.

Why did God knowingly design an environment that causes his subjects to suffer?

Why did God knowingly design an environment that causes his subjects to suffer?

The general belief was that the environment was never meant to cause suffering; however, when sin entered the world (by whichever means), the world became imperfect and suffering came along with it.

Exactly. Which means that with religion, no one REALLY knows the answer and no one ever will.

God being all-powerful could of course easily prevent sin from getting into the world. By the way, where was sin before it entered the world? Did it come out of nothing, or was there a place it occupied prior to it entering the world?

Showing a misunderstanding of the concept of sin and the concept of the Christian God. Next?

Then show me the true concept of sin then. You said sin entered the world. Where did it come from?

It's a turn of phrase, much like "the four corners of the earth" or "the sunset." The earth does not have four literal corners, the sun does not literally set, and sin did not literally enter.

when those phrases were made they didnt know that they didnt actually do these things.

Guess what champ; God is not with the Good, simple as really.

43"You have heard that it was said, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR and hate your enemy.'

44"But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

45so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.

46"For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?

47"If you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same?

48"Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
