People have standards. 2. Sex =/= Masturbation. Masturbation is not just a substitute for sex, and it's a damn sight less complicated socially. 3. Relationships =/= sex. Sex =/= relationships. 4. People have standards. 5. Girls can easily find guys willing to have sex with anyone, sure. That doesn't mean it's a good idea to. The same is true of guys - there are certain girls that will likely have sex with any guy to ask. That doesn't mean it's prudent to do so. 6. Some people simply don't like the emotional or sexual complexities of sex. As I said already, masturbation is far less complicated socially and emotionally than sex ever was. 7.
