I drank tea, and for whatever reason i felt nauseated afterwards. Then i ate this beef lazagne. And it was too cheesy, so i ate very little. Then i ate a boiled egg. Then i drank tea again, despite the fact that it made me nauseous...

No, I don't think so. Binge eaters usually eat as a reaction to stress, feel guilty, and then force themselves to diet severly for days on end to compensate for how much they ate. It really depends on the motive(s) behind your eating.

Binge eating is when you eat very fast, and you eat embarrassing large amounts in a very short time.

No its not. You probably feel full because of the tea, but the only thing you really ate was a few bits of lasagna and an egg.
