So my stepmother said you weren't supposed to use baking soda to whiten your teeth more than 2 times a year... I've brushed my teeth twice this week with Baking soda. Just a while ago today, I used baking soda to brush my teeth, and rinsed it out. Then I got my usual, Crest Pro-health toothpaste, and used that right after the baking soda. I used my usual toothpaste because the Crest Pro-health toothpaste claims an enamel shield and prevents against acid attacks and lots of other stuff. I just started the baking soda attempt, and it's whitened my teeth 25% so far, but I don't know if I want to risk my teeth. What should I do if the twice a week regiment actually does hurt my teeth? Just once?

wtf?! Just get it done professionally, and get some pro-enamel toothpaste.

You might wanna consider getting some bleaching trays from your Dentist instead. Either that or burning all your enamels out until you get periodontal disease.
