That is very unhealthy. And I wouldn't suggest not eating. I tried it, and not only did I get very sick, I gained it all back right away.

Run outside in the sun with one those specially made sweat suits. It's like a trash bag but less harmful.

10 pounds in seven days is asking a lot really the most you can really expect to lose if you want to do it healthily is going to be 3 or 4 - you need t increase your exercise and decrease your calories - it's not rocket science. Just have a look t what you're eating, how many calories you're taking in, and then have a look at what sort of exercise you're doing. Try to get in some running or some cycling, both of which are excellent for burning calories and then lower your calorie INTAKE as well. The result will be steady weight loss, but it won't be 10lbs in 7 days. To lose weight that fast would be unhealthy and basically you could only do it by not eating. If you do that then your metabolism slows down and then when you start eating again you;ll pile the weight back on.
