Generally anything less than 5 over and they won't bother you. MAYBE 10 over depending on the cop, but you're probably pushing it.

5/6 is generally safe, not always, but generally. It costs more for the system to process the tickets than you pay if they pull you over for less than that.. they just can't charge you as much.

Wisconsin state police usually start pulling you over for 74 in a 65. County sheriffs are a little different. Depends on the county, the cop, the road, and the conditions. I'm sure 75 in a 65 going to Door County will be for me, tomorrow. Your mileage may vary.
