My mom runs a home daycare through our house so I see lots of parents who don't discipline at all. Like I don't mean they should beat the kid around. but like Time outs are used so much for a reason! when your kick kicks you you put them on a time out! not go "oh no, don't kick mommy hunny" UGE! but yeah, I still want them to.. when im older lol -- Posted by OodleNoodle at 6:56 pm on July 2, 2009 Uh, not quite. Have you ever worked closely with children? Well, I am a nanny for 2 little girls, ages 3 and 4 and I've been their nanny for a year and a half.   I don't let them walk all over me, like some parents do, but I don't order them around either.   If you ask nicely, they are more inclined to do what I ask.
