Try Creatine! I've gained 5 lbs of muscle mass in three weeks on this stuff (and working out, obviously). If you do decide to use it, make sure you talk to someone who knows what they're talking about before you start taking it. If you use it wrong, you will lose everything you gained if you stop taking the Creatine. If you use it right, you're looking at up to 8lbs of added muscle mass in a fucking month. Gawd Dayumn.

The creatine I bought is highly regulated, and the only FDA approved form of creatine. It's made, packaged, and shipped inside of the US. Lift weights+eat right= 3-4 lbs of muscle mass in a month lift weights+eat right+creatine= 8 lbs of muscle mass in a month. It's totally and completely safe, costs 20 bucks a month. Why the fuck not?

Not totally safe. Damages ligaments by creating small tears in them. Somewhat safe if you go 2 Months on 1 off.

Yeah. It is totally safe. It does not tear ligaments, or they wouldn't sell it. I've talked to nutritionists about this stuff for weeks before going on it. All it does is pull water and add ATP. Affects no other organs other than the muscles.

Dude, if its 20 bucks a month then its shitty. I dont pay less then 40 per bottle of anything because usually the shit in the cheaper ones is bad for you. the FDA doesnt regulate supplements man, if it approved one it would have to approve all of them. If you want to put on real bulk look in to sustanon. Thats what I take every couple of months... be prepared to be a pissed off mother fucker though

Protein powder is fine. So long as you only have one cup a day no more straight after a work-out. But it would be better to have some Tuna after a work-out insted of protein powder.

lol learn what your talking about dude. steroids build mass FAST. ill be taking SUS LMG in a few weeks, my buddy took it for a cycle and gained 20lbs in a month. ill post before and after pics in a month or 2
