to calm my stress the best way for me is to smoke. I know it is not healthy but there is no other way that works for me.

Sports are probably the best relief of stress. Smoking is really just a temporary fix, you'll feel less stressed for as long as your nicotine levels stay high. If you go out for a long walk, you'll feel less stressed for the whole day and probably the next as you'll have a better sleep.

this, although I've been trying to kick my own smoking habit, i've noticed that i don't "crave" as bad now that i'm doing yoga and stuff.

I am not allowed to go on walks any more. that used to help a little.

Because my mom is being a bitch and will not let me after I turned my dad in for molesting me. She thinks it is stupid.
