It depends what asians. Some asians act like they are superior to latinos and treat them like servants. Other asians are cool and friendly. When that happens latinos are friendly too. It always goes both ways you know. I move a lot of asians these days (Im a mover). The ppl in my comapny are mostly latinos. When it was really hot here a lot of asians were very nice actually and gave us water and food and allowed us to pause a few minutes in between carrying loads. Some asians though acted like they had to drive us like cattle because they were afraid to pay us more by the hour. so they wouldn't even let us take a swig of water! Some of my work buddies were asking me why that was and I said its not even a race thing. Some ppl are just assholes and some are cool. Some asians think latinos are just servants and some asians know we're all people and need to be human to each other. Its not even ethnicity because some chinese were very nice and others really bad. I've come to think that when you work for people then the good sides and bad sides of them comes out. Racism or prejudice might come out more but more than that its just the attitude of people towards those who work for them.
