she is physically abusive. She slaps my face hard and sometimes punches me in the chest and arms when she is mad. I don't want to leave her, what should I do?

She needs to learn to control herself. My friend is like that. When she is angry, she gets physical. If shes mad at me, she'll run over to me and pull my hair, scratch me, pinch me, etc. That is definitely not healthy for your relationship and if she keeps getting more aggressive, you may feel inclined to fight back which means things could escalate. Talk to her about it.

if you're a guy maybe you should use some of your own strength, like if she has a fit hold her down and try n calm her down. other than that, talk to he about and if it dont work leave her
