my best friend in the whole world died August 25th in a car wreck, its been 4+ months since tha accident & it still kills me. can anyone give me advice to cope?

Let your self grieve Time will heal but you will always miss them, you have to accept that but understand that you will always have the good memories with you

dont look back more forward think about happy things look at what you have rather than what you want keep yourself happily busy

my friend died from drowning on 8/7/08. im still really upset about it. i went to counselling which helped some and then i went on depression meds but i stopped taking them. i just try to think of different things to occupy my mind with now. talking to your other friends may help too. since my friend drowned in the river the kids in our town made a petition so we can get a sign warning ppl not to go in the water. maybe you could do something to encourage ppl to wear seat belts, drive carefully, and not drive drunk.
