Why is it when you smoke weed, you feel more high when you are inside then when you are outside. Or is it just me?

If you're talking about going outside during the day it's because of the bright light. I always feel more fucked up when I go outside at night.

how can bright light make a difference?

Anything that stimulates your high will make a difference. Drugs affect how you sense the world; different sensory input makes their distortions more pronounced. For example, ecstasy makes lights seem much more intense and beautiful, so someone chilling out in a dark forest at night will not roll as hard as someone inside a rave being bombarded with intense, multicolored lights. I personally feel more high outside during the day, because daytime light makes everything look the best for me when I'm stoned. At night I tend to be more stoned inside for the same reason.

Try smoking in a freezer then walking back into a warm room. Talk about being slapped in the face with a high.
