Today, all I have done is binge, binge and binge some more. I didn't even want to but once I started I couldn't stop. Now it's my 6th sitting and I'm finishing off boxes of fruit pies from christmas and I've heart pain for about an hour now, but I just can't stop. What shall I do or take to stop these heart aches?

Take some rolaids, pepto, or a spoon of baking soda (this works the best) or just stop eating and start drinking lots of water.

I have experienced those binges before... when I would also gain like seven pounds. I remember eating and eating, and stuffing myself with everything I could at work (at the time it was a grocery store), and I would eat even if I was so full, I felt the food come back up my throat. It was bad. Next time you want to eat something bad, eat some fruit or veggies instead, or drink some room temperature water.

I find the best thing to do is get the hell away from food. Go out, call someone, take a bath, do your makeup... something that doesnt involve food

Anorexia and bulima can cause an electrolyte or vitamin imbalance which can cause heart problems. You may be on the edge of having a heart attack so I would definately suggest getting that checked out.
