If you are sick of those topics list them here so this can serve as the dumpster for all the idiots. It's no use, really. The race forum has some good stuff in it. The problem is that any of the good stuff is often buried under multiple posts of pure trash. What the race forum needs is more modding to keep topics like what's mentioned in the OP out. For the volume of traffic the race forum gets, as well as the sensitivity of the issues discussed in here (which has a tendency to spawn trolls), having only one mod dedicated to it is extremely light.
