if you did extra all at once you would get both the bonuses. if you make extra from ex you get the points for the entire word extra but you can't recount the double letter score
So, if have both bonus, I calculate the Double Word Score (which is 22) before adding on the Double Letter Word Score (16)? Equaling 38? |

alright then you won't get the double letter score since that's already been used. you will get whatever the points value of your word is and whatever other bonuses that word gets. hope that helps 
What if I didn't had EX before, and put on the whole E-X-T-R-A all at once? |

depends if one of the bonus squares was previously used by another word. 
The "Double Letter Score" was used with EX then I added on TRA |
