Yeah, it's better to find out what exactly is causing your problem. That way, you don't have to worry about taking laxatives. :D

It might be more than just "you're not eating the right foods". thanx for replying, i will take a look at the site. i take anti acids evryday for my acid reflux. sometimes i take excedrin or acetomenophen or vicodin for my migraines, last night i took vicodin and excedrin for migraines, i took anoths excedrin just now cuz im getting another one :-[ what kind of specialist can i talk to? regular doctors dont listen to me.
