| Eat around 1500 calories and do at least 30 minutes of cardio on a daily basis. Make sure that you are getting nourishing foods...not junk food. |

| run,sit ups, walk more, eat healthy and less,drink lots of water |

| Run. Swim laps for 20 minutes nonstop everyday. It helps. |
