Replies roflfuckyou Posted at 12:53 am on July 4, 2009 Yes, there is a such thing as a penile fracture.  It's usually caused by blunt force trauma to an erect penis, such as thrusting the erect penis into the pubic bone or the head of a bed. Although there is no bone, it's basically when you break the thin and stiff tunica albuginea, which results in a fractured penis.  If this happens surgery is necessary, and it is a medical emergency that can result in further medical illnesses.
