I heard that its better not to eat after you exercise. Is this true? or does it have to do with the fact I exercise kinda late?...I've been wondering because I'm really trying to tone up. I'll take any advice anybody can give me.

Incorrect. After a work-out you should eat some protein, eg. Tuna. However, for waight loss it's better to go for a run before you have breakfast in the morning as it helps burn twice as many caliores.

I eat directly after working out. Thats when your body needs it the most. Within 15 minutes of excercising.

I've heard the opposite. That it's better to eat afterwards.

When I exercise I don't usually eat straight after..I seem to get less hungry. It's strange.
