For my new years resolution of becoming healthy, that is. TLC has so many shows like "Shrinking the World's Heaviest Man" or "Half Ton Teens". Right now I'm watching "Diet Tribe" with the 5 overweight friends who are trying to lose weight.

Good motivation. I need to get crackin. I'm only 5'3", but I weigh 161. I need to fix that. No excuses this year. It's happening!

I love those shows. "Biggest Loser" is also a good motivation. ABC had the two trainers on the talk show, "The Drs." today and it was really great. Jillian is my role model. All of those shows are motivations. TLCs "half ton" shows give me a relaxing feeling knowing that I am doing the right thing, and the fitness shows give a good motivation because seeing people go from really big to really fit is encouraging. I'm at a normal weight right now, but I want to be lean and muscular like Jillian.

Good luck with that. Make sure you plan ahead with your workouts and keep track of your weight, the date, and what you eat.

JUST GIVE UP. NOBODY FUCKING CARES WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE!

My roommate at school and I have a weekly workout plan. I'm bringing back weights and resistance bands, and she's bringing the yoga and cardio tapes. Haha. She doesn't need to lose weight, but we NEVER work out. We're gonna kick eich other's butts into shape! And I'm gonna start trying to stick to a diet of no processed foods as best I can. Yay veggies!

The thing I hate about new years is how full the gym gets... but by feb/march its quiet again!

Make sure you stick with it.

Oh yeah, I saw "half ton man" on TLC too.

Honestly, you don't look fat.

But being healthy is always a good goal.

Good luck! Hopefully at the end of the year, you'll be able to make a topic about how much you've lost. :)
