Why when you're having a fight with a person of the opposite sex, people think that they like you? like this fight ive been having with my ex, every single person ive told about it says that he likes me. like are you serious? is this like always true?

No, people just find the smallest excuses to think somebody is infatuated even when it isn't with them. At this point in their lives, all they can think about is infatuation and lust, and who likes who.
