Now i always kinda wanted "jay" but hes pretty much the head of the group and kinda intimidated me. But i noticed little things that made me think he liked me. He would always call me everyday to chill, sat beside me in the class we had together, we flirted about, hed make sexual jokes, which i know arnt nice to women but the jokes obviously didnt mean he thought i was ugly... but anyways, we went from just friends, to friends holding hands and cuddling...but then out of no where, it stopped. we were still friends but he wasnt nearly as nice and idk why ... and now he getting back to how he used to.. but he does mean things and says mean things to me all the time.. and idk how i look past them, i kinda look past them to show him that i like him, and am willing to look past stupid things if it meens us being together, but then he just keeps doing them.. but i see the good person come through sometimes and i love that good person, and i wanna help him be that way all the time. but idk if i should be trying to change someone..and if its possible... and if anyone knows why the fuck i would like someone who can be so mean sometimes ! it baffles me.

Replies Alique Posted at 9:58 pm on July 10, 2009 Try to think about other guys for a while and get your mind off him. If he goes back to how he was before, that's cool. But you don't need to hurt yourself by loving someone who's mean to you. Even if he is nice sometimes and mean sometimes...you don't need to be consistently disappointed, hopeful, and then disappointed again; it's not fair to you and it puts him in power of your emotions. It probably won't be easy, but try to think of him as a friend and focus romantic thoughts elsewhere or you could be hurt worse than you are now. ShellS Posted at 9:56 pm on July 10, 2009 Well, Maybe he likes you but he doesn't want to show it. he probably wants to show dominance. He says mean things to put you down but he might not mean it. He also shows you that he likes you which probably suggests that he wants you to be more then a friend. You shouldn't have to change anything about him. He should find out by himself that he's screwing up.
