Whenever someone approaches ME I spazz the hell out and start getting nervous and stuttering for no reason and I hate it. And I WANT to meet that person. They can only say they don't wanna talk and unless they are extremely cruel they'll insult you. But most people are too afraid to make a first move. You are not alone.
