i ate 200 calories today,
and i feel like a fat pig.

i shouldn't.
i'm thin.
i'm 5'8'' and 128 and I'M THIN.

WHY THE FUCK DO I FEEL FAT AFTER I EAT?!
i have a fucking mental illness and i know this.

how can i get help...

Talk to your parent(s). Talk to a therapist. Talk to an adult you're close to, or an older sibling.

I'm pretty much the same height and weight as you, and you are thin, I can tell you know this, but just keep reminding yourself you are healthy as you are.

That is nothing. You're meant to eat at least 1,200 per day! AT LEAST. I know that illnesses like this are hard to get over though. It takes forever it seems like. It's been 3 1/2 years since I did anything like that and I still struggle with it every single day. Just do something to remind yourself that you are lovely and wonderful and deserve nourishment.
