I feel pressured to talk quick but I think it would be better to think it over more. Anybody else do this? Any advice?

Yeah i do that A LOT.
I'd suggest trying to think about it for a while, they may think you're slow at talking but you'll find out you're much better with words and it will make conversations less terrible.
