You have to have an extremely withdrawn personality as well, or you can be outgoing in a way that tends to turn a lot of people off and be obese/ugly. Or have just some other strange thing about you, or like a criminal record that we should fear. Yes, it's hard to judge objectively, but try for the heck of it. I don't think you'd all find me creepy, but you wouldn't be jumping all over me to be my friend, either. I'm not the perky girl next door but I'm safely in the plain/quiet/relatable zone.
