if you were standing still and went to walk forward would you put your left foot forward then your right or right then left or does it always change?

I realised last night when i was walking I walk right then left. But in the military they teach you left then right. hmmmm I might change lol

I definitely take right steps "first"

yeh me too. I think my right leg is longer than my left leg so it feels more comfortable that way

mine isn't.  i actually got my legs measured after this race a few weeks ago and my legs are the same length, but apparantly i put way more weight on my right side than my left... or something... =\

Odd fact: everyone's gait is unique rather like a fingerprint. We can recognise a person from a distance by the way they walk and our walk also gives away subtle clues about our physical condition and our breeding fitness.

what's gait?

I always take left foot steps first and right foot steps last.
