We call them back anyway :P We can't say they don't want to do it unles we here from the respondant. It's against our code of conduct to tell anyone apart from the respondant where we're calling from. We can tell them the market research company but like not that we're calling on behalf of like n power. And it's all customers from the companies, so like we're not calling someone from british gas if we're doing n-power research... if that makes sense.
