Right so I wanted to create a competition, which would suit people, so I've decided "Book Covers with a Twist" not only because you have to be a book lover but also have to have imagination and creativity.

My question of all you, is to create YOUR OWN interoperation of how a book cover should be, as I know sometimes I judge a book by it's cover and think it's going to be excellent, however it isn't. So this gives you a chance to show of that latest read that you love, by creating something to show how good it was and YOUR view of what the cover should be!

Rules
Ok I know rules suck however there has to be some seeing as how I want this to be your own work and I want it to be fun and have interesting outcomes which would make me want to pick up the book in which you are trying to portray.
Number One - You may work in pairs, as I know not everyone has the creative side in order to do a cover, so pairs ARE accepted however one must do the cover the other the blurb.
Number Two - You can hand draw this if you aren't good on computers however they will only be accepted if you have your member name somewhere on the picture of it. Also computerised entries should incorporate something which proves that it is your works, otherwise YOU WILL be disqualified.
Number Three - You are allowed up to three entries each. They should NOT be edited after, so post one, then use another post to add another entry. Any posts that are edited will NOT be accepted.
Number Four - About content, well I will allow quotes from the book, and parts of blurbs HOWEVER your own words are better valued. Can be from the cover or the actual content of the book.
Number Five - You are allowed to use images from the internet, as long as they aren't already on the cover (it has to be completely original  as it is your interpretation). If you use images from the internet please also provide the link to go with it.
Number Six - Judges will be able to enter however won't be able to vote their own.

Their are currently 3 Judges, if it's popular, I will ask for more.
1) bri872002
2) laineyloo
3) Natsy
4) Myself

If you have any further questions, feel free to PM me and I will happily answer them, or ask on this topic as other people may wonder the same thing.

Closing Date:
The Closing date of this competition has yet to be decided.

what is a blurb?
A blub is the description on the back cover, this is something in which people read in order to sometimes decide if they want to read the book.

Ah shit, I forgot a blurb!

  Blurb, taken from http://www.bookrags.com/studyguide-interview-with-vampire/plotsummary.html :

Interview with the Vampire is a story of immortality, loyalty, and detachment. The main plot surrounds three individuals brought and held together by the bond of immortality. The story begins with the vampire, Louis, who meets with a boy conducting an interview of his life. The journey begins with tragedy in a young mortal's life that brings him to an encounter with a vampire that changes him forever. Eternally in search of answers as to their true nature and origins, Louis faces the death of his humanity, the betrayal of other vampires, and the death of a companion dear to him. In the end, Louis understands that the road of immortality is best traveled alone.

I'm too tired to write my own and I quite like this one.

The blurb was ment to be your own work not copy and paste work.

I will allow quotes from the book, and parts of blurbs

parts not the whole thing copied.

Blurb:
The King James Bible was originally issued in the early years of the 17th century. Despite many attempts to render the text in good English, its beauty of language and rhetorical power still continue to eclipse other more recent translations.
