Is that a fear that someone with Asperger's might have?  They might hold their urine in for long periods of time and not tell someone they have to pee badly?? If you know of any other interesting symptoms, please let me know for my story.

Some people, just for whatever reason, have a "shy bladder" and have trouble peeing in front of other people. Not sure about having issues with telling people they have to pee though. I think maybe that's just an extreme shyness thing?   Anyway, good luck with your story!
