for some reason the past week i havnt gotten any sleep and i dont know why. i do all the usual. get stressed from siblings talk to friends take a shower. watch tv, then sleep but lately i cant and i stay up like all nite.

Maybe cut out watching tv?
it'll make your brain more active
try reading a book or listening to calming music instead
make sure it's a warm shower and then get right into bed and try and cut out all other thoughts.
Sometimes we just go through natural times where we struggle to sleep, I wouldn't worry, just relax and it'll be fine.
