| Typically, one square of unsweetened chocolate is equal to one ounce. |

Well, the squares are usually the same from brand to brand. And is that all the chocolate called for in the recipe? no powder?
Oh really? I was thinking that they were different. But yeah, that's all that it calls for. It's a diabetic cake, but still. I'm having a really hard time finding a decent recipe for one. My aunt's in visiting, and heard that I'm a decent cook so she asked me to make her a chocolate cake. Her birthday is tomorrow, and I'm trying to find a recipe for what I'm gonna make, so I can go shopping for the ingredients. |

| You don't have any cooking chocolate stashed away anywhere in your cabinets? I once made the mistake of trying to melt down some regular chocolate... not such a great idea. |
