First what if your opinion of jury nullification, that is a jury saying they will not convict someone because the law itself is wrong.

Second what do you think of the fact that in the USA the courts will do everything in their power to eliminate the knowledge from a jury that they even have the power to do this?

Third should a jury always be informed of their right to do so?

Its ass.  Two out of the three state judicial candidates I asked about it didn't know about it, the third didn't like it.
