We all experience stress and anger at some stage in our lives. Sometimes, just for a few moments, and other times for days and days.

How do you cope with it? What is your stress relief? Does it always work? Do you turn to friends for support, or family, or blast music or go to the gym?

Please take a moment to help some of your fellow members by sharing what works for you, it might help some people!

This is going to be a new sticky in the Teen Stress & Anger Management forum.

I'm constantly stressed really.
But when it gets really bad, I'll blast some music, go for a brisk walk, have a smoke, or cry.

This is how i am, but lately its been getting to the point where im not able to sleep, the other day i got 30 minuets of sleep and had to show up to work the next day.

it dose work...... in til i axplod, wonse i hit my cosin and i almost broke his areme and i went up sters and broke my tv, laptop and miror!

I blast music and then play some loud and aggressive music on my guitar and bass. breaking Ice helps and If there is a broken Macintosh computer, then I smash them and then I usually feel better.

I imagine myself saying all the mean, cruel, and angry things I want to say to my friends and family. Of course I don't really say it because that would destroy all of my relationships.
