I'm no expert on this type of stuff in anway but. Sometimes. I have thesejust like awful terrible moodswings. Like you know how when some people are mad like their juts mad, and they get over it or like when someones sad they cry or whatver or sulk and then it passes? Well for me it takes FOREVER to pass. When I am sad I will cry and cry and cryso bad untill I could barely breathe to the point where Im like hyperventalating almost, and my had hurts, and they only way I ever get over it is if I fall asleep. Like I'll just keep on crying untill I close my eyes and fall asleep and then I feel better. Or like when I'm angry I am really angry. Like I'll scream and yell, I'll break thhings, punch things, kick things, destroy anything adn evrythign within my path and then it goes away finally and I just fell soooooooooooooooooo tired, like my body just gets so weak from all my emotions ya know?And I just feel so like I can barely move. I did once think that I was bipolar but, i wasn't sure. Anyways, what am I asking is...am I bipolar?Should I go to the doctor?What should I do?

Well the onliest way you can find out if you are bipolar is to go to a mental evaluation center and get some tests done or talk to a professional and see what they have to say. You could be bipolar, or it could just be PMS. You never know. From the sounds of it, you might want to go to anger management classes or try counselling to help work through some of your anger and stress. It's not good for you to get so mad to the point of where you want to destroy everything around you. It's also not healthy for your body to cry so much. It will make you feel tired, like you have been. You can even pass out from crying that much. It takes alot of energy out of you. You just need to make a list of all the things that makes you angry or sad and then try and come up with ways to avoid them or to deal with them other than the way you do.

Try doing things that makes you happiest. Keep your mind busy on more important things. Go for a walk, go swimming, hang out with friends, go to the movies, etc. There's plenty of things to do to help distract your mind and keep you from getting really sad or really mad.

And like I said, you should go see a doctor and see what they have to say about it. Maybe they can do something for you to help you out.

I get like that now and again.

I think most people do.

If it's ALL the time, then maybe go to the doctors. But if it's just now and again you should be fine :)

It just sounds like PMS, your body will grow used to the hormones that are going crazy when you do and you'll be able to control it more as you get older.
