Try doing things that makes you happiest. Keep your mind busy on more important things. Go for a walk, go swimming, hang out with friends, go to the movies, etc. There's plenty of things to do to help distract your mind and keep you from getting really sad or really mad.
And like I said, you should go see a doctor and see what they have to say about it. Maybe they can do something for you to help you out.

If it's ALL the time, then maybe go to the doctors. But if it's just now and again you should be fine :)
