to calm my stress the best way for me is to smoke. I know it is not healthy but there is no other way that works for me.

Why aren't you allowed to go on walks anymore?

Because my mom is being a bitch and will not let me after I turned my dad in for molesting me. She thinks it is stupid.

Sports are probably the best relief of stress. Smoking is really just a temporary fix, you'll feel less stressed for as long as your nicotine levels stay high. If you go out for a long walk, you'll feel less stressed for the whole day and probably the next as you'll have a better sleep.

I am not allowed to go on walks any more. that used to help a little.

Did you just start smoking?

No. I have been smoking cigs since I was 12 and now I am 15.

Try yoga, it worked for me

this, although I've been trying to kick my own smoking habit, i've noticed that i don't "crave" as bad now that i'm doing yoga and stuff.

I want to start smoking

That seems like an odd thing to say...most people don't plan ahead of time to start smoking.  And if you want to, why don't you now?
