Im 18 and work as an admin assistant/accountant (I got the job through my mum) and everyone thinks Im a little kid and think Im 16. I dont want to try to dress too professional looking because it'll just make me look like a little kid trying to look older. I wear office looking wear. I dont wear make up to work because I want to limit my make up so I dont get wrinkles too early.

If you can speak articulately and maintain good posture, many people will feel as if you are more in control, and thus assume you are more mature (or older) than if you were to shyly respond to inquiries. Of course your clothes play a part, but it seems you have that aspect down. Wear conservative clothing for a job. I was shy, once upon a time, too. I don't think it's a fault, I think it just means you may be more observant (a better listener) than most people.
